National final competition for best student idea at Science-technology park Belgrade
Best teams from local competitions held on seven Serbian higher education institutions participated at the National Finals. The following teams have participated:

The ideas were presented in the form of seven-minute pitch presentations, after which the team members had to answer to the questions of the five-member jury during the next three minutes. The jury was consisted of experts with experience in the field of innovations, entrepreneurship and commercialization:

Danica Mićanović, Chamber of commerce and Industry of Serbia

Based on the scores given by the jury, teams were ranked and the best three were selected:
The title of the winner of the National Final Competition for Best Student Ideas went to the team ElektricariG3 from the University of Novi Sad for the idea “Smart Walk”. The reward for the best team was 150.000 RSD provided by the SBB Company in cooperation with the University of Kragujevac.
The second place was taken by the team Fantasticna cetvorka from the University of Kragujevac for the idea “Suncem kroz buducnost”. Their received the prize of 120.000 RSD provided by the project
Report from the National final of the competition for the best student ideas partner institutions University of Novi Sad, University of Niš and University of Belgrade.
The third place went to the team Alfa&Omega from the State university of Novi Pazar with the idea “Cuvari plaze” for which they received the reward in the amount of 80.000 RSD provided by the project partner institutions Belgrade Metropolitan University and State University of Novi Pazar.

The local final Competition held at University of Kragujevac
The local finale of the Competition for the Best Student Idea was held at the Rectorate’s Hall on Friday, July 6, 2018.
After two rounds of review, the four best ideas have been selected to participate in the local finale. The ideas were presented to the following members of the jury:
• Prof. Dr Vesna Mandić, president of the jury (Faculty of Engineering Sciences, University of Kragujevac)
• Assist. Prof. Dr Snežana Nestić (Faculty of Engineering Sciences, University of Kragujevac)
• Vladimir Vukadinović (Center for Technology Transfer, University of Kragujevac)
• Marija Stojadinović (Development Business Center, Kragujevac)
• Nataša Ćirović (Business Incubator of Technical Faculties, Belgrade)
According to the ratings of the jury, the three best teams were:
• Business team with the idea of Student e-Service
• Fantastic four with the idea of the Sun through the future
• Virtual Waiters with the idea of Virtual Waiter
The best teams received awards provided by the IF4TM project (a study visit to the University of Krems for team members).
The first two teams, the Business Team and the Fantastic Four, will represent the University of Kragujevac at the National Finale Competition which will be organized by the end of 2018.
University of Kragujevac organizes local final of the Competition for Best Student Idea for 2018
The local final of the Competition for the Best Student Idea at the University of Kragujevac will be organized on July 6, 2018, at the Rectory Hall of the Rectorate starting at 11:00.
Seven best placed teams from the second phase of the competition will have the opportunity to present their ideas to the expert jury through seven-minute pitch presentations.
The three most successful teams will receive prizes, while first-ranked and second-placed will have the opportunity to compete with the winners of other local competitions at the National Final Competition for the Best Student Idea, which will be held in Belgrade.

Fourth training for participants in competition for best student idea

Within the competition for best student idea, the fourth training for students was organized in Business Innovation Centre Kragujevac, on 30th May 2018. The participants learned more about the elements of successful presentation, communication and public appearance.
Third training for participants in competition for best student idea - University of Kragujevac
Within the competition for best student idea, the third training for students was organized in Business Innovation Centre Kragujevac, on 09th May 2018.
The topic of the training was financial aspects of start-ups and mechanisms to support the development of ideas through available sources of financing.
Second training for participants in competition for best student idea

The training Validation of Business Model is the second of four modules for participants of the Competition where students had an opportunity build their knowledge on concepts of business model based on the Canvas method. They were introduced to the elements of the business model to be applied on their business ideas such as competitive value, market, customers relations, resources, etc.
First training for participants in competition for best student idea

As part of the Competition for the best student idea, the first training for students of University of Kragujevac was organized in Business Innovation Centre on 11th April 2018.
The training Development of Business Model is the first of four modules for participants of the Competition where students had an opportunity build their knowledge on concepts of business model based on the Canvas method. They were introduced to the elements of the business model to be applied on their business ideas such as competitive value, market, customers relations, resources, etc.
Lista of ideas and teams who qualified for the second round of competition
Competition for best student idea The competition for the best student idea was launched within the IF4TM project coordinated by the University of Kragujevac, and is being implemented in partnership with 17 other partners from six countries, funded by the European Union under the Erasmus plus program. The competition is realized through seven local competitions in Kragujevac, Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Novi Pazar and Zrenjanin and through the organization of the national final competition in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
The organizers of the competition are higher education institutions, members of the project, as follows: University of Kragujevac, University of Belgrade, University of Novi Sad, University of Niš, State University of Novi Pazar, Metropolitan University Belgrade and High Technical College of Applied Science in Zrenjanin. Co-organizers of the Competition are three business incubators from Kragujevac, Belgrade and Novi Sad.
The students of bachelor, master and doctoral studies at the University of Kragujevac, University of Belgrade, University of Novi Sad, University of Niš, State University of Novi Pazar, Metropolitan University Belgrade and High Technical College of Applied Science in Zrenjanin have the right to participate in the Competition.
